A marketing and advertising client was seeing concerns related to self-esteem, stress, anxiety, and managing negativity. Employees reported that these challenges were driven by both life circumstances and work or career performance. Privacy and confidentiality around therapy access were also key concerns.
Safe Space™ supported the company through a digital EAP, self-guided mental health resources, a secured HIPAA-compliant platform, and continuity of care with the same therapist. A webinar was also organised to help employees understand imposter syndrome and identify when they may want to consider counselling support.
The programme achieved a 51% utilisation rate, compared with the 4.3% benchmark cited in the case study. Results included stronger awareness and understanding of mental health, requests for more mental health-related webinar topics, and more open communication around mental wellbeing.
