An FMCG company was adapting to new ways of working across onsite, remote, and hybrid settings. Employees were experiencing stress and burnout that affected work performance, while also facing isolation and uncertainty linked to workplace flexibility. Privacy and confidentiality remained key concerns around therapy access.
Safe Space™ provided anonymous interactive webinars, therapy sessions extended to dependents, a scalable digital EAP, self-guided resources, and customised support for different employee audience segments. The programme was designed to support employees wherever they worked, while improving mental wellness literacy.
The EAP achieved a 54% utilisation rate, compared with the 4.5% benchmark referenced in the case study. 100% of employees found the webinars helpful and felt better equipped to recognise signs of stress and take preventative action. The programme helped encourage open communication and contributed to a more psychologically safe work environment.
